The AI BDR Pricing Guide Our Competitors Don’t Want You to See
We're introducing you to our competition and showing you their product and pricing because we know we offer the greatest value. It’s not even close.

Every AI BDR company has a pricing page. Most of them say the same thing: “Talk to Sales.”
We get it. Enterprise software has always worked this way. Hide the price, force a demo, let the sales team figure out what you can afford, and charge accordingly.
But here’s the problem: You’re not buying enterprise software. You’re buying a replacement for your most expensive, hardest-to-hire employee.
You wouldn’t interview a BDR candidate who refused to tell you their salary expectations. So why would you evaluate an AI BDR that won’t tell you what it costs?
At Fenix, we believe in transparency. So we did the research your competitors hoped you wouldn’t do. We talked to customers. We read contracts. We dug through reviews, Reddit threads, and third-party pricing databases.
This is the AI BDR pricing guide the industry doesn’t want you to read.
The Real Cost of AI BDRs in 2026
Let’s start with what we found.
11x.ai (Alice)
What they show you: A sleek website with “Digital Workers, Human Results” and a “Book Demo” button.
What they don’t show you: Pricing. Anywhere.
What customers actually pay: $5,000/month minimum, typically $50,000–$60,000 per year with mandatory annual contracts.
What you get: 3,000 leads per month. Five emails per lead. That’s $1.67 per email sent. Their AI SDR “Alice” handles prospecting and outreach. Their phone agent “Julian” costs extra.
The catch: Annual contracts with reported difficulty canceling. Multiple customers have described feeling “stuck” paying for a service that underdelivered. One detailed review called it “the biggest disappointment of the year,” citing generic personalization and the inability to handle replies automatically.
Bottom line: Enterprise pricing for enterprise companies. If you’re not sending to 50,000+ leads annually, you’re overpaying.
Artisan (Ava)
What they show you: “Hire Ava” messaging with a friendly AI avatar and a “Request Pricing” button.
What they don’t show you: Any actual numbers.
What customers actually pay: $1,500–$5,000 per month, depending on volume. Annual contracts required, paid upfront.
What you get: Lead discovery, personalized email outreach, deliverability tools. Their AI BDR “Ava” promises to be “10x more productive than a human, at one-tenth the cost.”
The catch: User reviews tell a different story. Multiple G2 and Reddit reviews describe Ava’s emails as “AI slop”—clearly machine-generated, overly formal, and easily spotted by prospects. One user reported sending 1,400+ emails with zero replies. Another found only 3–7 matching leads in their entire database for a niche ICP.
What they’re famous for: The “Stop Hiring Humans” billboard campaign. Bold marketing. Questionable execution.
Bottom line: Heavy on branding, lighter on results. The $25M Series A went to marketing, not product.
AiSDR
What they show you: Actual pricing. (Yes, really.)
What customers actually pay: $900/month (Explore plan) to $2,500/month (Grow plan). Quarterly billing. Cancel anytime.
What you get: - Explore: 1,200 messages/month, ~3 meetings - Grow: 4,500 messages/month, ~11 meetings
AI-researched emails and LinkedIn messages, prospecting with intent signals, real-time lead enrichment, dedicated GTM engineer, 24/7 Slack support.
The catch: Relatively new player. Smaller company. Less brand recognition than 11x or Artisan.
What they’re doing right: Transparent pricing. Flexible contracts. They let the product speak for itself instead of hiding behind “Talk to Sales.”
Bottom line: The honest player in a dishonest market. Respect.
Regie.ai
What they show you: “AI Agents” and “RegieOne” platform messaging with—you guessed it—“Talk to Sales.”
What they don’t show you: Pricing. And when you dig, you understand why.
What customers actually pay: Starting at $35,000 per year. Plus $150–$200 per rep per month for AI dialing. For a team of five reps, that’s $44,000–$47,000 annually before you’ve sent a single email.
What you get: A full sales engagement platform with AI agents, parallel dialing, intent signals, and a 220M contact database.
The catch: This isn’t an AI BDR. This is an enterprise sales engagement platform that bolted on AI features. If you just need outbound automation, you’re buying a jet when you need a bicycle.
Bottom line: Built for companies with 20+ SDRs and a seven-figure sales tech budget. Not for growing mid-market teams.
Why Everyone Hides Their Pricing (And Why We Don’t)
Let’s be honest about what’s happening here.
Hidden pricing serves the vendor, not the buyer.
When a company hides pricing, they can: - Charge more to companies that seem like they can afford it - Lock you into a sales process before you can compare alternatives - Avoid direct comparison with competitors - Create artificial urgency (“This pricing is only available if you sign this week”)
We think that’s backwards.
At Fenix, we believe: - You should know what you’re paying before you talk to anyone - The price should be the same whether you’re a $5M company or a $50M company - You should be able to compare us to competitors in five minutes, not five meetings - If we can’t win on value, we don’t deserve your business
The Fenix Approach
$2,500/month. Everything included.
No setup fees. No hidden add-ons. 4-month initial commitment, then month-to-month.
Why 4 months? Because real results take time. Month 1 is setup and domain warmup. Month 2 is your first full month of sends. Month 3 is optimization. Month 4 is when the machine is humming. After that? Month-to-month. Stay because it works, not because you’re locked in.
Here’s what you get:
Smarter Lead Prospecting
We don’t just pull a list and dump it in your inbox. Every lead is researched, scored twice, and delivered with an intelligence summary. We start with a larger pool and narrow to the leads that will actually convert.
Outreach That Actually Converts
Our emails aren’t templates—they’re weapons. Obsessively A/B tested, length-optimized, with activity-based personalization built on the psychology of what actually gets replies. Our AI runs on superprompts refined across 100+ million sends, built by marketing executives with 20+ years hitting quotas.
Qualification That Never Sleeps
When a prospect replies, our AI responds in under 5 minutes—the window where conversion spikes 90%. It classifies the response, handles objections, answers questions, and pushes for the meeting. Other AI BDRs send you an email and walk away while the lead goes cold. We book the meeting.
Continuous Improvement
Competitors claim “self-learning AI” but can’t tell you what’s actually improving. We refine lead scoring based on who converts. We A/B test messaging and evolve prompts through deep learning—guided by marketers with decades of experience, not just algorithms. Most clients see 2x conversion rates by month three.

The Bottom Line
The AI BDR market is full of companies raising millions, running billboard campaigns, and hiding behind “Talk to Sales” buttons.
We took a different approach.
We built something that works. We priced it fairly. And we put everything on the table so you can decide for yourself.
$2,500/month. 4-month initial commitment. Better results.
If that sounds too good to be true, try us. After four months, if it’s not working, you can walk away anytime.
That’s not a sales pitch. That’s confidence.
